Hey everyone.

So recently, I switch my PC on, start browsing the web, playing games etc like I normally do, then the CPU fan speeds up as if it's under a large load, and sometimes even the game fps goes right down. I start task manager to see what it is, and without fail, the largest process on my CPU is MDM - Machine Debug Manager, taking up 35-40% of my CPU, whereas a game, project cars, for instance, only takes up around 30%.

Any ideas what this is and how I can prevent it from happening. Right now I just execute the task and carry on as normal, is this bad for my PC?

Thanks a lot!

Rhys
