Need a fan controller to run 15 fans 4 pin PWM

I need a fan controller to run 15 4 pin PWM fans, the fans are Noctua 140mm NF A14 IndustrialPPC IP67

Two of the Swiftech splitters if your best bet, btw what are you setting up with that many fans:

I am using a MSI Godlike X99 Motherboard, it only has 2 4 pins fan headers, so that would be 7 fans for each fan header, the fans use 0.25 AMPs, so that would be 1.75 AMPs per header, I think that is to much for each header

Those splitters use 12V power via sata and only take the PWM signal from the header to control the fans, I have one running 6 Corsair PWM fans with great results  :)

I cannot find a 8 way one in the UK, I can only find 5 way which is not enough

This one from Phyoba has the same concept as the Swiftech fan hub of taking 12V power from the PSU via sata and controls the fans through PWM from the fan header:
