It's been a long day and ive been told by 1 person my mobo may be bad. I have this (http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK-Motherboard-Integrated-Graphics/dp/B00K872IT6/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1439846837&sr=1-1&keywords=GA-Z97X) mobo. I have everything but a gpu plugged into it. I turn on the computer and the mobo lights up but my front and top fans don't turn on. I have a Thermaltake v71 core case. I left it's fan's in it as is. The cpu fan turns on, I'm 99.9999% sure that the cpu is in correctly. A hyper evo 212 is sitting on it with thermal paste applied. 8 pin and 24 pin are in. Sata cables and all are in. everything but a gpu. I plug in the Montior cable(white one) and no signal. I made a video, please excuse my ignorance about computers. I appreciate any time you give me. Thank you.

(In the video the cpu cooler isn't on just to show you that the cpu is in.)

re-seat the cpu and memory, try your fans in different headers on the mobo
