I am a beginner looking to make a budget gaming computer which should hopefully last me about 5 years or more.
I have listed below the main components that I have been thinking about for my budget gaming PC build which are available at a reasonable price here in Norway (converted everything from NOK to USD). I have available $475 dollar to complete my PC build by choosing from components below. If you want to suggest something not in my list, then please check its price in Norway on PrisJakt website before because things are expensive here.

I have already chosen 1 TB Seagate HDD, 8 GB DDR3 RAM, Cooler Master Silencio 452 Mid Tower Case.

Please suggest what would be best possible build from the following options. Thanks very much!

Get the 3770s with the board. 212 evo for the cooler. The used 280x and the best psu with whats left.

Just because you don't care, doesn't mean other others don't. Don't be a self-centered asshole. -Thank You a PSA from the people who do not say random shit on the internet.

           $475

                                                                                                                 Setup

CPU: i3 4160|Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE|RAM: Kingston HyperX Blue 8GB(2x4GB)|GPU: Sapphire Nitro R9 380 4GB|PSU: Seasonic M12II EVO 620W Modular|Storage: 1TB WD Blue|Case: NZXT S340 Black|PCIe devices: TP-Link WDN4800| Montior: ASUS VE247H| Others: PS3/PS4

Go with the i7s then nab that 280x, Cooler Master V550S 550W, then grab hyper TX3 Evo and you got the total of 413 $ with some extra money to spare.

NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER STOP LEARNING. DONT LET THE PAST HURT YOU. YOU CAN DOOOOO IT

Almost exactly what was my original choice except that I took a 750 W PSU. How much watts would this build actually need? Is 550 really enough? Thanks very much!

Do you think that buying a new 260X would be better than buying a used 280X? I heard you should never buy used PSU and HDD, but does that also apply to graphic cards and processors? Thanks very much!

Am pretty sure it will be enough but swap it out with that XFX core edition for 650W and you should be good. Best build by far.
