yes you can, they are both 4gb model 670 only difference is the clock speed which will change as needed on their own

They are both the same GPU's so I'd imagine so though don't take my word for it because I'm not really sure.

If it doesn't wanna work, individually flash the same bois onto them. Occasionaly cards from different batches will have diferent bios's and won't work.

It will work fine, but the faster card will adjust to the slower card's speed.
