Support won't work?

For the moment I wasn't sure what you meant by support function. But that is form what you get when clicking "Contact Us" at footer. That seems something to be connected to store's plugin. @colonel_mortis, maybe make it to refer moderation listing instead?

I too am having this problem.

If you have problem related to forums, PM some moderator. If its related to moderating team or store, PM @Slick. This forum doesn't have the said support function.
