Only certain combinations of an APU (or Hybrid CrossFireX supported motherboard like mine) + a supported GPU, can have both integrated and dedicated graphics combined to increase performance.

 

However you can run integrated and dedicated separately in most cases, but either will only perform as best as they can as individuals, and their processing power will not be combined.

Right I didn't mean for them to work together but be able to work seperatly at the same time. So like I can run minecraft on the interested graphics and battlefield on the dedicated graphics at the same time.

Yes you can do that, it's just that most people won't see a practical use of running two games, on two separate GPUs, on one PC.

Yes you could, but most programs like that don't run well in the background. Also the cpu itself would be insanely stressed out.
