Chipset Drivers after GPU

So I installed my chipset drivers after the GPU ones.

 

Weird things have been happening like squares of colour appearing after typing password followed by the whole screen loading. Could this be the reason maybe.

 

Is this a normal issue, would it be worth a full safe mode uninstall and reinstall?
