Don't get 1866Mhz Ram, only 1600MHz is required for gaming.

Also that CPU is old. It is only rated for 1333Mhz Ram (doesn't mean it can't use higher speed ram)

it could probably easily run 1866mhz cl10,   its equal to a 1600mhz cl9 kit really,   1cas equal to 233/266mhz

 

its not worth getting a 1866cl10 kit over a 1600cl9 ( 1600cl9 is standard )    with ur cpu it would be better to get a lower mhz kit with lower cas,  1600 cas 7 for example or 1333 cas 7

I'd have to check, but I thought ddr3 1333MHz was the limit for actual supported memory, anything more was a xmp overclock.
