I am building my dad a computer for work. The computer will be barely used because only one program he uses is only on windows and he uses mac for everything else. The budget is around $300. I would like to keep the current case because of the size. The motherboard need to have wifi that can support 2.4 and 5ghz 100 down and 100 up.
