Things u probably would have to explain to me !

difference between full tower and mid tower ?

Now let's begin <3

I was going to buy NZXT Phantom 240 Mid-Tower Chassis with Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX Extreme

But since i have no experience with water coolers and i do not know anything about them some on forums suggested me to go with  NH-D15

instead but last time i was on the forums and looking for an air cooler :l some one suggested 212 evo regardless knowing i live in india and its devilish temperatures here around 35 - 37 c room temps ! after reading the reviews online i went with it and installed it got around 85 c while playing cs go with v sync :3 without vsync lets just say something near 100 c  still much better than stock cooler xD

so since i know nothing i am practically john snow ...

here are some of the query's i have will this cooler be enough ?

i have vengeance ram with heat sinks though i know this cooler should be compatible but i am worried about it touching my gpu as the motherboards i have only one x16 slot !

also its amd with big vrm heat-sinks on-board would not that block it ?

Motherboard i have is GA970A DS3 Rev 1.1 though i am replacing it with msi 970 gaming

so that pretty much it covers the query i have regarding cooler ! but please note please tell me if this wont be enough as i do not want to spend money on another cooler which i have no where else to install >.>

so now lets come to the case <3 i have two cases in my mind NZXT Phantom 240 Mid-Tower Chassis and NZXT Phantom 410 Cabinet

will the cooler fit in any one of these cases > ?

if not or if u have some free time could u please select a case for me from primeabgb.com ?

what i practically and fore most need is dust filters >.> which do not come or are being sold here so if they are included in case that would be great my budget is 6 to 9 k

if u have even more time u could help me with this just fixing the stuff i did wrong the first time

first i recommend changing your cpu and mobo, as amd has neglected there fx series for quite sometime now, and that chipset will bottleneck your system, not to mention the ridiculous heat output. but, yes your h100i(which is a good choice by the way) will fit in the phantom 410,

Difference between midtower and full tower. Size. Full tower is much larger and may or may-not have 9 expansion slots. Note, mid tower is still larger and considered normal size ATX. Mini tower or mATX is smaller with only 5 expansion slots.

You are comparing two very different air coolers. 212 Evo is what is considered best for budget air cooler. Its much better than stock but also much worse than D15, which is seen as best of the air coolers. There are many 120mm and 140mm single tower coolers in between there that you might want to check if you are tight on money but willing to invest on good air cooler.

Almost every compatibility can be checked with dimensions. Cooler height vs cases CPU cooler compatibility, if listed. Like I posted in your previous thread, D15 is 165mm with fan, Pahntom 240 has only 158mm of clearance. Phantom 410 (actually not said on website) has 170mm, which is enough for any cooler.

On mobo side you can take it easy about heatsinks. Only with smallest mITX mobos this would be considerable issue. Also, on normal ATX mobos GPUs are out of harms way. This is because PCIex16 slot is 2nd from CPU socket. There's always one PCIex1 slot between the two. On smaller mobos like mATX this would create some issues.

I would suggest same cooler that I have, U14S. Its rated among the best single tower coolers and doesn't fall that much behind dual towers on non-OC or even light OC. http://www.primeabgb.com/noctua-nh-u14s-140mm-cpu-cooler.html

As for dust filters, any fabric that allows airflow is good. Like mosquito net. Or more commonly suggested pantyhose.

Should fit. Both cases have two 120mm fan slots top and front. Here you go, dual rad in that case http://www.pureoverclock.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/DSCN1018.jpg (I know it isn't same cooler but difference is mainly in thickness and fans...)
