Its the shadowplay icon. The nvidia recording software.

 

Can be disabled in geforce experience.

When playing SOME games in fullscreen theres this little icon in the bottom left side of the screen,it only happens on some games,its super tiny,i cant take a screenshot because its only in fullscreen,yesterday i installed windows updated did that do something? (this is my most accurate representation on paint :P )
