ok so on all programmes it says on idle that my 6 cores are at 25 - 32 degree which is fine but on corsair link it said "msi motherboard cpu temp" was like 112 degree and on speed fan it says the same but it also says on speedfan that the cores are at like 30 degree... does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Obviously a bug.

I've found that RealTemp, Core Temp are the best programs for cpu temperature readouts.

CPU: i7-4770k (LM modded) - MB: GA-Z87X-UD3H - RAM: HyperX, 16GB 1866MHz - GPU: Palit GTX 980Ti Super - Storage: 1TB HDD + 500GB/120GB SSD (850 Evo/840) - Monitor: Predator XB271HU - PSU: 700W BeQuiet 80+ Gold

i take it that sensor in under the cpu socket or something and that its not the actual cpu its reading?

That is not the CPU, is the mobo's temperature, is a bug in the program, just don't care about it...

If you want accurate CPU temps, choose between HWmonitor, CoreTemp and RealtTemp...
