Look at the bottom right of your desktop, you should see a task tray. Left click the speaker icon, then select "volume mixer" or "mixer" and manually adjust the skype volume and game volume to your liking.

if your using windows 10 right click and select volume mixer

IDK y but skype isnt listed there, is there a way to make it apear?

Make sure then you're on the right audio device. Right click that icon and go to playback devices, then find the device you're using for audio and set it to default for communications by right clicking and selecting "Set as default communication device" 

Then if skype stops playing sound, you'll need to go to skype and click on the options setting, then select the correct playback device to use. 

 

After all that you should be able to see all the different sources of sound in the volume mixer.
