Windows 10 startup freeze

When I start Windows 10 I have a problem when it freezes my entire computer to the point I can move my mouse and if i am in a Skype call I can still talk. I cant click on anything. It only seems to happen about 5 minutes after windows has started and last 2 minutes tops. Ive already reinstalled the OS which the reset in windows doesn't work right at all. i have to reinstall windows 7 and upgrade to windows 10 to work. if anybody could help me on this please. Its really starting to get on my nerves.
