Hi guys is it necessary to deburr petg tubing ?

Yes it's to ensure it doesn't catch on the O-rings or tear them since the cut is usually rough. Using some sand paper you can deburr the PETG to give it a 45 degree chamfer.

This, if you don't usea deburring tool or sand paper it will seem like the tube won't fit as it will get hung up on the o-ring inside.

Doesn't have to be that fine you'll be there for a while chamfering everything, maybe like >400 grit, as long as it leaves a nice smooth finish.

I have some rougher grit stuff that doesn't do a very good job, not sure what the grit is though its not labeled.
