If you can get the display to overclock that much, then it's so NOT a 60hz panel. you can ussually only get a 10-15hz jump in refresh on a decent panel.

 

Basically, if you can oc a 60hz up to 144hz then that panel is either, a 144hz panel, or completely unstable and the refresh simply is not obtainable.
