Why not build one?

Looking at specs now.

Umm thats a lot of money, don't know much about x99, 3 980? 800 wattss? Its hard to tell what you have on my phone Depends on software you want to stream with. My seems to stream no problem but, my internet is what kills it.

Looks good, PSU is overkill unless you are planning like 3 way SLI, and you might aswell get 8.1 for cheaper and upgrade to 10

I see no point in 256gb SSDs myself but whatever suits your needs

Good spec overall though, if you are only gaming, then there is no need to go for a 5820k and X99 - a 4790k and Z97 would be just as good for gaming and normal usage

Have you considered your broadband, your build looks promising but with a few exceptions but its not just a good pc you need. What internet speeds are you getting? download speed? but more importantly upload speed?

That upload speed should allow for a smooth 1080p stream, also for streaming I would use OBS, if the settings for the software are a bit over whelming just visit there website and under the "Help" tab you will wind the estimator where you enter your pc and broadband specs and will output some premade settings, hope this helped:D
