I was thinking about buying the Zalman z11 plus but i came across this problem. The fans on the side panels (80mm) seem to use 4 pin molex cables wich connect directly to the power supply, so does this mean that everytime you turn the computer on they will run full speed? Is there a way to control their speeds to reduce noise on idle or something.

Also, do you guys recomend me the case.

You can't adjust the fans unless they plug into the motherboard or a fan hub.

But the stock fans in my nzxt case do the same thing, and they just run at a fixed speed, and aren't loud at all.

I hope 80mm fans are not too loud, i also looked up to the zalman z12 plus, wich one would you guys tell is better
