Intel rapid start technolagy ?

so im setting up my pc with new parts and now installing os but should I set up intel rapid start technology before I install os or can I do it after with out effecting the os install

 

what does rapid start technology do as well??

what does rapid start technology do as well??

Pretty sure it just makes it boot into Win. 8 and 10 quicker. I would configure it after setting up the OS just to be safe, you never know with computers.
