Hey guys!

I'm in need of a group of people that possess greater knowledge on building computers than I do  - and that's why I'm here. Before jumping into the project itself, I want to point out, that I do know how computers work and how to build one. Things that I know very little about are the parts themselves; I cannot just throw out why Intel's LGA2011 is better (or worse) compared to LGA1151. My GPU comparison was just comparing the numbers, I did not know about how the cards actually benchmarked etc. So I'm hoping to get help with choosing the right parts for my needs form you guys.

So for the build itself; I'm a type of guy who likes good performance as compact as possible. My personal favorite PC right now is the prebuilt Bolt 3 by Digital Storm. It is reasonably sized, it has good performance and it looks absolutely beautiful. However, the price tag of the machine is way out of my budget, and I know that when buying a prebuilt computer, you are paying for the assembling as well.

So the questions pop up: Is there any way for me to build a similar PC? Where can I find a right sized case? Is this waay too complicated to even succeed? Etc.

The parts do not need to be equivalent to the Bolt, as I'm mainly going to use the PC to play mainstream games such as CS:GO and League of Legends with around 140 FPS and 4k not necessary at all. For example I can save a lot by getting a cheaper GPU.

This topic turned out much more messier than it was intended to, so I hope anyone can catch up with what I'm saying. I will answer to further questions if asked! Last but not least, thank you for your time!

Yes, that is why I'm here to find help from the hardcore PC builders. To clear it up a little more, it doesn't have to be a small "box shaped" case, rather "semi-tall" slim case.

Also the case you linked is for Mini-ITX motherboard and the MSI Z170A is an ATX board. Are those compatible?
