Will this be fast enough for YouTube and Netflix and basic applications like word, email and excel?

 

 

Also what os should I get 32bit or 64bit

64bit and yes. Also, use automatic font color.

 64 bit upgrade the ram to 6 or 8gb

That is not necessary for light use. 4gb will suffice for netflix and word.
