Does anyone else on here have Frontier Internet? I think its only in the eastern side of the US. If so, does anyone else get the feeling that their tech support and service is just all around awful?

Yeah, I kind of assumed. I think Frontier just takes it to a whole new level. At one point they told me to move the fan away from my modem because it might be blowing away internet signals. I shit you not. Im pretty sure they were just screwing with me though because I think that I was getting on their nerves

Yeah, that might of just been a really dumb tech. I've seen stupid shit from tech support before. lol

Yeah, they're pretty dumb lol. I've been getting ridiculous packet loss and drops in internet speed. I'm hardlined to the modem and everytime I call them, they just tell me that my wireless isnt setup correctly
