http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3X3gWZ is a good system but I would recommend buying your license key from this website https://www.g2a.com/?reflink=redfern as you can get them from about £20 or probably about $35 and if I helped you out I would appreciate if you used the link provided and then search for Windows 8 or 8.1 (as you get a free Windows 10 upgrade) and it helps me out, thanks.

I would suggest this build. But as stated above, I would buy a windows key, then use that saved money to upgrade to a r9 280 or vet the msi 970 gaming, and a 212evo cooler.
