MOTHERBOARD FAILURE

Hi guys i did a new build and just wanted to check what to do 

 

I plugged everything in correctly related to the power supplies but i need your help

 

when i test boot (only a few secs no water yet)

 

i get a error it reads a #62 and i looked it up and it says

 

installation of the pch run time services

 

so is this because i dont have a monitor plugged in or what ?

 

i also removed the graphics card and the board forfeits (as expected) and turns off

fixed had slots mixed up

 

NOW displays this error 

 

"CPU DXE Initialized"

 

 

also get a notification that says its ok to boot up but has CPU FAN ERROR

Your CPU fan is probably not plugged into the CPU header, that's why.  If its plugged in somewhere else, then it's nothing
