do you have both unlock voltage control and voltage monitoring enabled?  2nd and 3rd from the bottom?

Yes.

After checking 'Unlock Voltage Control' and 'Unlock Voltage Monitoring'. Apply the settings, msi afterburner will restart and the voltage control bar will become active and the side meter will now show your voltage instead of being at 0.

After checking 'Unlock Voltage Control' and 'Unlock Voltage Monitoring'. Apply the settings, msi afterburner will restart and the voltage control bar will become active and the side meter will now show your voltage instead of being at 0.

MSI AB sometimes have voltage unlocked/ voltage show for some GPUs, and some don't.

It's usually something related to software/hardware voltage locked.

 

You have to unlock voltage monitoring in options I presume

Ok I have done that and It does appear now but it is a fixed number and does not decrease or increase under stress which seems weird./

Are you clock speeds downclocking on idle at all?
