Shrink one partition then extend the other (by right-clicking on the partitions)

Hey so I screwed up a bit, I meant to assign a new space to have 120 GB for software testing but it accidentally went through with 38 GB in the disk management program thing. Is there a way to re assign this small 38 GB back to the main drive and remove it from the list? I can post a picture if needed.
