Windows 10 Administrative power problems.

Well, i've had this problem since i've had windows 10 and i've tried to give every single group full access and inherit and it won't work i don't understand why being the only user on the computer why when giving that i confirm with admin it won't work so i can't delete any files from my extra drives and working on a server right now i really need to, can anyone help me with giving myself full access?

look into the security section of properties when you rightclick the drive you are trying to delete the file off

Try some elevated command prompt delete commands

I had this problem when I went from 7 to 8.1.

My solution was to backup the data and do a clean install. It was the easiest solution I could come to.
