Warranty still available? And if not, can you select NO to that? If I'm reading it correctly, its asking about clearing system reserve. Which would be bad if you only want factory settings.

 Well i bought this while i was travelling and i can't select anything buttons or screen doesn't work

If there isn't any way to do hard reset, like push needle to small hole, you have dead tabled.
