Every time i put my computer into sleep mode and then wake it back up, my colors on my razer kraken chroma reset to spectrum cycling.

Both my blackwidow chroma and deathadder chroma will stay the colors I had them at, I've tried uninstalling and re installing synapse, but that didn't work.

Any suggestions will be appreciated, Thanks!

Another day Another razer RMA

(i just RMA'D my deathadder :D)

This has nothing to do with the internals of the headphones.

It seems like a software issue on Razer's part. You should email razer about this software bug and hopefully they will patch it.

Suprisingly enough, my blackwidow has survived 2 bad soup spills and a smaller coke spill. I thought it broke on the second spill, but I let it sit for a night and it worked like new the next day.

Thank you for the suggestions.

But I also have to add this. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH RAZER PRODUCTS!

I'm not fanboying, I just feel like everyone is just hopping on the "hate razer" bandwagon. I have had all 3 of these devices (Kraken, Blackwidow, and deathadder: all chroma) for almost a year now and haven't had a single problem that I haven't caused; that problem being my inability to hold a rootbeer :/

So besides this little software glitch, I haven't found anything that would stop me from purchasing any other Razer products :/

Maybe it's just me, but I like Razer :)

Did you clean it with anything? I spilled rootbeer on mine a month or so ago and the affected keys are muck less clicky.

Yeah it wasn't that bad, I just wiped the area down on the keyboard with these disinfectant cloths after taking out the keys, and then I wiped the keys separately the same way.
