That rosewill is almost perfect. if you don't populate the 5.25" bays you could probably get a 240 rad in there with little to no problem after removing the drive bays. And its cheap!

I am looking at getting that one as well. Not many rad space in a 4u. What do you need yours for? I am in the mix of a nas atm.
