Swiftech Apogee drive ii?

This is the cheapest water block at my local pc store is it worth a look at?

What's the performance like?

Will the pump make my system louder? ( I will also be using s d5 pump, thinking this might allow me to turn that one down)

Will the extra pump contribute any performance? ( 3rads + 3 blocks)

Just to note, I love the look of the pump aswell!

from my experience,

I am running 3 rads a total of 1080, 2 reservoirs, 3 blocks + Vram

 

I used to run dual ddc pump, its abit too loud for me and I switch to a single ddc 3.25 (most powerful ddc)

I see no difference in temp except running 2 pumps actually made my temp hotter by 1-2c

ddc pump has less heat dump to the water/coolant compare to D5

 

so yeah dont think if you are already running a d5 its worth adding extra pump like the apogee

 

not sure but IMO a pump at the cpu block would just add more heart transfer from the pump straight to the cpu

No I don't reccommed it, just get a normal CPU Waterblock ;)
