Depends on if you mean internal ip or external ip.

 

If you mean internal ip, try opening command prompt then using:

ipconfig -release

ipconfig -renew

 

as for external ip, I believe you just need to unplug your modem for a few mins then plug it back in, that or contact your ISP.

right click on network icon on the start bar -> open network and sharing center -> right click on your network adapter -> properties -> select the ipv4 voice and click "properties" -> set your ip
