6gb of ram installed 1.5 only usable (4.5 is hardware reserved)

I have a samsung laptop that has initially 2gb of ram. and has a amd a4-4355m APU And now has 6gb of ram.

sorry for bad english could someone help me! :)

Check in your BIOS for a setting to allocate memory to your GPU and see how much it is set to.

How to?

 

i tried mscofig and advanced option and uncheck the maximum merory box and restart the pc but it does not work.. it reads 6gb but the usable is 1.5 and 4.5 gb is hardware reserved.
