Hey, I've never got thermal paste before, so I have no idea which ones are good. Which ones would you guys recommend?

Really doesn't matter, you'll only get a couple of degrees difference. I've used standard Servisol heat sink compound (25g) before and have had good results.

Amasan T12 "industrial grade" is what i use, It is fairly decent. The thermal paste doesnt matter much unless you are benchmarking coolers or are using a very powerful watercooling setup.

+1 for MX-4, if you don't have any on hand might as well get something decent, it'll only be a few dollars different than the bargain bin stuff, give you a few degrees better temps and it'll last for years.

Antec Formula 7, it's the only paste I allow on my pc components :)

Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or Gelid GC-Extreme. Those are the best non-condutive pastes on the market.

Noctua h1 is nice , arctic silver 5 is a classic . Or toothpaste if you're in a rush :D

based on my own experience with various pastes and also based on website roundups, Tuniq TX-4 is still sitting at the top. the only downside is it isn't exactly cheap.
