So I tried recently OC'ing my CPU today and managed to get to 4.4 Ghz however sometimes when playing or watching youtube vids. The computer seems to do a complete reset.

Meaning for example I would be playing GTA V then the computer will be blank and then boot up as if it reset and booted up for the first time then it will take me to the windows loading and then constantly reset. If I press the power button and hold it down it will power down however if I let go of it, it will cause the PC to power back on requiring me to flip the switch of the PSU in order for it to stop doing so.

Currently now I have it plugged into a power surge protector to see if this alleviates the problem. It didn't do anything like this but today when I started to OC it. Do you think the PSU is an issue ?  Or should I just tone down the OC back to simply 4.2 ? or even 4.3 if that works.

PSU is : ThermalTake TR2 600W V2.1 ATX
