Windows 10 Upgrade Failed... Multiple Times

gpt and ntfs

has to be ntfs

some of the files are bigger then fat32 can handle

Rufus is burning it now then I will reboot and hope for the best.

If only Linux could be used for gaming... That's the only reason why I still use Windows. I've figured out a video editing software for it now I just need games over there.

steamos and other linuxes will be adding vulkan API so in the coming years it will become more relevant

remember you have to do the upgrade from within windows

after you do the upgrade

then you can do a clean install

Oh so I can't do the upgrade from the USB? It won't transfer? Doing it in Windows is the problem right now.

u have to do the upgrade first..then you can do the clean install

 

you can still use the usb tho

just click on the setup.exe on the usb in windows

I know, the upgrade is what fails and it has failed doing it off of the usb before, with the not able to determine space error.

then yea..your linux partitions is most likely screwing with the upgrade

Ok then is there some way that I can back up my entire linux partition so that I can restore it after win 10?

could probably use acronis true image
