what should i do ?

so i bought a new laptop :3 it had or has issues kind of ...

 

when i received it the first thing i noticed keyboard was faulty ... 

 

also the idle temp is around 65 c it goes like 55 c some time but not less than that 

 

it goes as high as 80 c but that is barely mostly goes till 75 c

 

and my third issue was the dots issue its a graphic issue comes when i am on a webpage only on browser ... 

 

on any kind of webpage video or not and it only comes some time not always

i asked for a laptop replacement they said that an hp representative will come and check it 

 

so the guy came he said keyboard is faulty and he changed it 

 

also the temps are fine as this laptop has no fan what do u think about that ?

 

and the main issue the dots issue he said it only comes on webpage due to less bandwidth he would change or replace gpu / motherboard

 

if i get the same issue on while watching a movie or playing a game on my computer ... and not on the web browser

 

what are your thoughts  he assured me about the other issues i am not so sure about dots >.> ?

check the video and what updates the drivers of graphic are uptodate

india they only replace it and that is just when you have faulty or defective and if u have only bought it through some ecommerce site 

 

they wont even change it if u bought it from a shop

To be honest if that website/video is only one with dot issue, its not issue. The video looks like older movie clip etc. which would mean VHS quality and those have that kind of graphical noise by default.
