Stereo audio cable extension

I am in need of a 15 foot long or so extension for a stereo audio cable (like this), but the only problem is that it's male to male, and I need male/female. So... Any ideas? I scoured Newegg, and I didn't see anything on Amazon (but I could have easily skimmed over to it). Of course, cheaper is better, but I don't want it to be some piece of crap that won't hold up.
