Server Room Cooling Idea :D

Hi,

I got a little bit overexited about the new office and I just wanted to suggest some tweaks for server room cooling (Maybe they are dump but I couldn't stop my self from posting them  :wub:  :blink: )

Second,(the jucy stuff ...   B)     ) install Ubiquiti's mFI things and some ACs  to the power outlets and cool the damn thing :

P.S. I don't know anything about mFi (I haven't searched a lot for it), so some search is suggested  :unsure:   .

Hope ya know that air conditioners don't just cool air down, they exchange the heat, which means they also output heat..

So unless they cut a hole in the wall and stuck the air conditioner into the hole, i'd be doing no good.

Server room air conditioner is not a new idea, but it is a good idea. I think Linus mentioned they were planning to have a separate AC for the server room already, didn't he? I could be wrong.  My server room at the office has it's own AC that runs almost non stop, year round.

They have AC running into the room already.

Doesn't the server room have ventilation? Pretty sure they have a vent on the bottom of the door, and hvac throughout the entire warehouse.

I believe they have one of these thick "ventilation tubes" in there
