My issue started months ago when PC would go black screen at any moment. I once RMAed both RAM and board except the same board came back. Since the issue persisted I suspected GPU and the forum members agreed but then I managed to arrange an old GTS250 and it worked for sometime and while downloading drivers once the system turned off itself unexpectedly and next time hanged. Upon next attempt to boot the fan simply runs without display most of the time and on some attempts it would directly turn off in a few seconds. Possible board failure ? Why issue persist after one RMA ? It used to work after the components cool down though. But crashes again at any moment. All overclocks are disabled. Kindly help me

Check windows event reporting first, see if anything there was associated with the shutdowns. If it isn't software based, and you've eliminated the other sources of error, maybe the PSU?

There is nothing in Windows Event Reporting. So I will take it to a nearby shop and see.
