Just saying that the latest Intel RST driver breaks OPAL support, thus windows can't use SSD encryption (eDrive thing).

That what I got since I installed Windows 10 and latest RST

  • You may won't be able to boot your windows if you enabled encrypted and installed RST at same time.
  • Windows may not be able to exit sleep mode (black screen, hdd light flashing every second)
  • You may be asked to enter password every boot, but bitlocker in control panel will say that there are no encryption

Solution: uninstall RST, reboot twice.
