I have installed Windows 10 again

I have installed Windows 10 again, i think it's working smoothly i hope, i installed it over Windows 7.. What should i do first? Install new Drivers?

And what is the name of the Program that removes drivers completely for GPU.. And how to start Windows 10 in safe mod i know it's needed for that Driver removing program..

Display Driver Uninstaller. It will ask whether you wanna go into safe mode or not.
