Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables

Why the **** don't we have an install manager for these things by now?  Why can't we have a manager which developers can call on the end users PC to install the required Redist for their software?  I've barely installed anything on this PC and I already have 9, this list will grow too

I'm sure those are all preinstalled on windows 10 :S unless you're using some outdated software which needs an older version. It's completely normal to have your programs&settings panel overflowing with redists...

It's completely blown out of proportion. Also if you're the least bit worried about data gathering then you should go live in a cave a 1000Km from the nearest establishment simply because every device and every entity gathers information these days. In the current era privacy is just fallacy and nothing more.

They were all from me installing stuff, I can tell by the dates on the install.  I just want one entry, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Manager.  If I go to Change, it opens the manager and lists all the installed Redists, maybe another tab with all the available redists.  It's 2015, this should be a thing
