Did you try adjusting your fan curve on your gpu? I think MSI Afterburner works for all gpus. And 100 degress is very bad... you should try to keep it below 60 degrees... Make sure your fans are spinning smoothly like killerx525 said.

what cooler came on your card? is it a reference cooler or is it an aftermarket cooler? Also a link to your specific card would be very helpful.

Sounds like it busted , my MSI GTX560 TI done the same, i checked cooler, fans all working fine , soon as i put it though Kombustor the temps when up to 100*c . so tried my other TI as i had it in sli and the temp was all ok on the second card.

that is an internal exhaust card. Is your case ambient temperature pretty cool? If it gets toasty inside of your case and you aren't exhausting the hot air, then that would mean you are trying to cool off your graphics card with air that is already hot.

If Galaxy truly wont replace it, an aftermarket cooler is probably your best option. Arctic has some good options.
