Which board should I get for a Black/White build?

I am doing a Sky lake Black/White ATX Build. Opinions please, should I get this:

Or this:

 

ASUS-Z170-Motherboards_Z170-A_2.jpg

 

 

I would go for the Asus Z170 Deluxe, but that would be out of my price range if the X99 boards are anything to go by.

The Krait motherboard series is just too sexy to say no to.

The thing I don't like is the absense of an I/O cover.Also I believe the Asus has more features.

Its somewhere around $300, so its not that expensive.

Compared to the Z97 A and the Krait which are around $150 I think.
