Why the hell is this specific power supply out of stock everywhere? Is it discontinued? I bought a cable kit for it and I might have fucked myself over if I can't find it. Only place I've seen was Amazon for like $280. This is a $160 psu at the most.

That is a semi modular power supply. They don't have that in modular.

Maybe...?

I saw that, but I'm not sure if I trust that site. I don't even see anywhere if it's in stock or not.

Try giving them a call, unless you don't want to, I can. Its worth a call or just find another PSU.

Nope, it's out of stock there too. Thing is, I can't get another power supply. I had no idea, but apparently CableMod's cable kits are sold per brand. I have a modular evga g1 psu which isn't compatible. I returned it and the only psu compatible is the v series 700, 800, and 1000, so I don't really have a choice.

And? It uses the same naming scheme as the V700 and the V700 is no longer available while the V750 is still around. Companies have done more odd things in terms of product revisions/successors.

Because, like I've said, I have a CableMod kit for that power supply. I don't want to use the ugly irremovable 24pin connector.

I think I'm good though, I found a good deal on the v850.
