Windows 10 Clean Install an System Image

Hello

Im trying to do a clean Install of win 10 on my asus g73jh and was wondering if it would delete the hidden system image it has (from factory. The setup can be accessed by pressing f9 while booting) and I was wondering if I should keep that Image and where it is located ,or just do a clean install and make a new image(possibly with the same program asus uses) Any Ideas ? Or recommandations? (on system image solutions)
