Because my main monitor is HDMI, there's a weird problem where the scaling is all weird. This is fixed in the Control Center for the AMD drivers. Well, this is what happens when I try to open the control center (http://i.imgur.com/N8P3KM9.png)

I have an ATI Radeon HD 4600. I can't seem to figure out if I even have the right drivers or if it's Windows 10's fault.

Whoa! Kudos for having a HD4xxx still running in the first place. :) I had issues with GPU drivers too. It just wouldn't install. For me it helped to uninstall everything, get the driver from windows update fist through the update driver in the Device manager. After that and a reboot the driver and control panel I downloaded online installed without issues. Mine's a geforce thou so these are more likely not to be related issues, but it's free to try. :)

I used their autodetectutility on windows 7, and then it downloaded the driver. I just now upgraded to Win 10 and launched the driver installer I was given, and it displayed that error message. But now when launching the autodetectutility on Win 10 it displays this: http://i.imgur.com/XV4rNEK.png

Looking at the manual driver search on AMD's site, I see no option for the HD 4000 series and Windows 10. It may not be supported yet. I don't mean to scold, but this information was available before upgrading.

You can try use Win8 or Win7 driver, make sure you remove current driver first and set compatibility mode accordingly.

Uninstalled, set the dropdown menu for my OS as Win8, this is what the control center looks like. http://i.imgur.com/rPPNF69.png
