So I had bought a new MX200 SSD [edit: forgot to mention mSATA] for my laptop to be used with the 1TB HDD inside of it. I used "Paragon Migrate OS to SSD" to clone my HDD to the SSD and it works perfectly... sorta. The SSD will only load up if the HDD is removed. But if I load up the SSD and plug the HDD back in, the HDD does not show up in disk management or My Computer. Vise versa. SSD doesn't show up if HDD boots up. I need help. I want to be able to boot up my SSD and be able to use my HDD as an extra storage drive. The BIOS of the laptop doesn't seem to allow for me to choose which storage to load up too, only a OS management thingy, network adapter, USB, internal disc, external usb disc, etc. I've tried installing other versions of Windows 7, 8.1, 10 and they boot up fine because I get the option to choose which OS to load eventually during the startup process and the other drive that wasn't used for boot up is detected and works fine.

TL;DR: Cloned HDD to SSD and now SSD will only boot up if HDD is removed and vise versa. The drive that wasn't used for boot up is not detected in disk management or My Computer.

Have you changed the boot order on the BIOS?

Have you plugged the SSD in SATA slot one?

Can't change boot order. There's only an item on the list that manages all the OS management thing. My boot order looks like the one in this picture. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf-JAVA/Doc/images/116/c03747357.jpg

It's an mSATA forgot to mention that. Also it's in a laptop. There's no more ports.

What laptop is this, model number please?

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

Read this carefully and check to see if you can do it.

Well it's that after the cloning process, I'm not even given an option to load the other OS anymore. If you read the OP, I mentioned how the drive that isn't being used as boot up isn't detected and how if I did a clean install and not clone I would be able to choose which OS I wanted to load.
